City of Buffalo Holdover Eviction

A holdover eviction consists of serving the tenant a  notice to vacate, if the tenant does not vacate on the date on the letter, then a petition can be filed with the court to start the eviction proceeding 

A full refund can be issued in the event you call the office and  cancel prior to starting the process. Once the process is started, there will be no refund on this service. Typically the process is started the same date in which the order is placed.
