Niagara County Non-Payment Eviction

A non-payment eviction consists of serving the tenant a 14-day notice, if payment is not paid in full in the 14 day period then a petition can be filed with the court to start the eviction proceeding 

A full refund can be issued in the event you call the office and  cancel prior to starting the process. Once the process is started, there will be no refund on this service. Typically the process is started the same date in which the order is placed.
